Stygghøin Mt. (the highest of its 3 peaks is 1858m./6096ft.) rising from the summer morning fog. Dørålen, NE Rondane National Park, Norway. June 2012.

The night before I worked out this composition in pouring rain, but finally had to give up setting up my gear in the wet conditions. I had little hope of any good light the next morning, but headed out 3 in the morning anyway, and later on, my sore eyes eventually found peace. This photograph was made on a trip I made to celebrate Rondane Nat. Park`s 50th anniversary.
