Blog is still under development!

About the Old Blog at www.seungkyelee.wordpress.com

The old Wordpress-blog has 164 posts and articles, and because I was not able to import post comments, only the most recent and relevant posts will be imported over here. Some of my earlier posts were relatively popular and therefore I decided to keep the old blog live for new readers and for those who are interested in reading about my thoughts on photography, or my earlier writings on various techniques. The old blog will always be available in the sidebar!

As to start off the new blog, here is the Featured Fine Art Print for March:
Reaching For The Moon

Norefjell, Ranten, Høgevarde, fine art mountains, norsk landskapsfotografi

Ranten (1419m./4655ft.) on Norefjell mountain, Norway. January 2009.
See it larger on Website Home Page

On top of a hill on Norefjell, there is a large boulder, and many winters ago I noticed how that boulder cast a characteristic shadow that also echoed the shape of Ranten peak in the distance. An idea, or composition was born. The snowy landscape, the evolution (height, position) of the sun and a clear, blue sky was what I would need for such a photograph to work. In 2009, I happened to be nearby on a cloudless morning and climbed that hill to see if I could make it work and by noon I had made Reaching For The Moon. Reaching For The Moon is available as a monochromatic LightJet Fine Art Print. Contact me for more info.

Remember to bookmark the Blog Home Page and subscribe the RSS-feed, or by email in order to be notified when new posts are published. Thank you very much!

Best Regards

David, there was a lot of details, and unexpected tasks, to take care of when moving to a new address, but the dirty work has now been done. Now on to the details..

Thank you so much for visiting and for your valuable support!
I hope everything is well and wish that the awaking spring will treat you nice.
Been quite busy lately, but will start to post blogs regularly again soon.

Best Wishes

Well, winter has already passed here, spring is all around.

I have managed to take a few shots before the snow melted but still didn't have time to process them. And I'm spending this whole month in Belgrade, Serbia, due to a job-related educational course, and that means I will be doing a lot of street photography. :)

Best wishes as well!

Welcome to my new blog, Milos, and thank you so much!
Let`s hope so, my friend.

How is winter at your place?
Really bad weather around here, but seems like tomorrow will bring much better conditions and I am planning on going out to photograph.

Best Wishes

Good luck with the move Seung!

I also think it's a good thing to do, and while some may find it a small disturbance to their usual way of following your work, I'm am sure that all of those who regularly follow your work and your posts will adjust in no time!

Best of luck!

Milos
